What we look for in a company
Owner-managed or family-owned
Long established, profitable and cash generative
Minimum 5 years of operation
Strong and capable operational management at layer below owners
Good visibility on future earnings i.e. recurring vs. one off, no concentration risk
Traditional sector, potentially with real estate assets
Ability to scale revenue through expansion
No debt or not overly leveraged
Stable EBITDA greater than $500K
Not a "distressed business"
